Shipping Information
Racetech Seats Australia PTY Ltd provides a number of options for getting seats and other motorsport products to you. You can add products to your cart, choose a freight option and see the cost of freight in the checkout, or receive a quote for the products you want and we will contact you to arrange a freight option that works best for you.
We ship products primarily from Sydney, Australia but also from Wellington, New Zealand, so depending on what you order you might see freight options for both domestic and international freight during the checkout process. If you do experience an extended delay for delivery, in the first instance, please contact the freight provider using details provided in the track and trace email. If you are not successful, please contact us and we will do our best to find your item and get it to you as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to supply all of the products you have ordered we will contact you and let you know when they will be available or provide you with alternative options. You will only be charged for goods actually dispatched. Deliveries will only be made to your place of residence or office, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We will require you to sign for the delivery.
NOTE: Delivery may be delayed if we require further payment confirmation or clarification of delivery details.
Pickup: We offer product pick up from our Taren Point, Sydney warehouse on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Please place your order and then contact us to arrange this.
